1. 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your DeckSentry purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging (packs must be unopened).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
For UK orders, we provide free return labels. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
